My creepy roommate is now writing a short fiction piece entitled Make Up Sex and I can’t tell whether it’s for a class or if he’s trying to write creepy erotic fiction, but the point is, I walked in on him masturbating again and what the fuck, this bitch is never going to get laid in his life.

Haaa just be EXTREMELY gay I do that when straight people are being annoying, they tend to go away

Woman Who Made Fun Of American Apparel Contest Wins, American Apparel Act Like A Bunch Of Babies

Nancy Upton, the gorgeous prankster who satirized American Apparel’s condescending search for a plus-sized model with smutty and silly overindulgence photos, actually won the online contest! Then American Apparel acted all American Apparel and wouldn’t recognize her victory, even though she had far and away the most votes. Here are some more of the photos that lampooned the contest and won the hearts of online voters.

American Apparel’s Pissy Response To Nancy Upton, In Part
“It’s a shame that your project attempts to discredit the positive intentions of our challenge based on your personal distaste for our use of light-hearted language, and that “bootylicous” was too much for you to handle. While we may be a bit TOO inspired by Beyoncé, and do have a tendency to occasionally go pun-crazy, we try not to take ourselves too seriously around here. I wonder if you had taken just a moment to imagine that this campaign could actually be well intentioned, and that my team and I are not out to offend and insult women, would you have still behaved in the same way, mocking the confident and excited participants who put themselves out there?”
… “Oh—and regarding winning the contest, while you were clearly the popular choice, we have decided to award the prizes to other contestants that we feel truly exemplify the idea of beauty inside and out, and whom we will be proud to have representing our company.”

What a classy motherfucking lady. I’m in love.

When I say I am having a good day, I really mean it is survivable. I never forget the pain, I never stop feeling like everything that has happened to me has been my fault because I chose to live an honest life as who I am. I have been told many times I am not wanted, and now I tell myself that. I know I shouldn’t believe those words, but when you are told so often that because you are living as who you are born to be and living in the light that you believe tl be truth and that because I won’t live my life without finding my own way and my own truth, that you aren’t wanted, undesirable; you begin to believe it. I try to escape, but I am in a jail. A jail of these walls I have put up to protect myself from the pain that has scarred my soul so often and the pain that so often reminds me of what I’ve lost. I am just looking for a way out. I survive through my days by trying to forget what happened and laughing, all in a hopeless attempt to enjoy the moment. I honestly don’t know how much longer I can last. I need something. I wish I never told anyone, it would have been soo much easier…

Those who reject religion go by many names; atheist, agnostic, skeptic, freethinker, secular humanist–but please do not call us “unbelievers.” If you ask you will find there are many things we believe in. We believe that the natural world , as revealed through science, is more beautiful and inspiring than any mythology. But a world without the supernatural also confronts us with disturbing possibilities. If there is no God then the human story comes with no guarantee of a happy ending. Humanity must solve it’s own problems but it’s not at all clear we are up to the task. If there is hope, it will be found in those who reject the hollow consolations of faith and choose to press on instead of hoping for a miracle. By living with courage and integrity, pursuing truth for truth’s sake, we can make our lives and our world significant.
